Mini Matisse is an art camp designed to help your kids find their inner artist. Activities have been planned to introduce 6-11 year olds to art's different genres, styles, and artists and to allow them to display their own twist on the different subjects.
There will be two classes, one for 6-8 year olds, and the other for 9-11 year olds. Both of these classes stay true and appropriate to their age abilities; the 9-11 year old class will dive deeper into art and learn more advanced technique, while the 6-8 year old class will be doing fun activities to introduce them to the concept of art.
Both art classes will occur on the dates June 15-19. The younger class will be earlier in the morning at 10-11 o'clock, and the older class will be at 1-2:30 in the afternoon.
Cost is $45 for the week, and includes an art supply kit which the kids get to keep at the end of the week.
At the end of the week, an art show, featuring all of our students, will be held at one of our homes to display the wonderful talent of your young, aspiring artists.
Classes will be held at our homes in Draper-- our moms will be on site the entire time.
